Well, my computer was bluescreened by a virus. It's been in the shop quite a while, but supposedly it's working again. I also had to replace my Wacom Tablet (it was 16 years old so I suppose it was about time). Had to get new speakers because they couldn't make the old ones work. Found out why my computer wouldn't load properly before - because when the idiots put the new sound and graphics card, it changed the port where you plug in the monitor in. (And it took Geek Squad since October to figure that out.) Also had to replace a DVD-Rom drive in the machine. Whee. So that was another $250 shot to hell.
The good news is that now that this is (hopefully) resolved, starting this upcoming week and the week after that (i.e. March 30- April 10th, thereabouts) I should be cleaning out my gallery and putting new work up. *fingers crossed*
So I hope to get back on track here shortly...
Thanks for being here.
