I remember this being a cosplayed character at an anime show, but I don't know if it's an original character or a character from an anime or what. Anyway, the girl never who commissioned it never paid and never came back for the piece and has not returned any attempts to communicate, so her loss, maybe your gain. (And no, I won't post the photo reference; there's plenty of cosplay photos of other women you can drool over, fanboy! LOL)
