Groot - WIP: 1.5 hours in

Groot From Guardians of the Galaxy (no I haven't seen the movie yet- not sure when I will get around to it).

Reduced image size; original is 8 X11, mixed media colored pencils, markers, and pen & ink.

Lots of inking detail and color additions to make yet, figuring out where to put the peat moss and other plant growth on him still. Probably another 2 + hours of work.
