Journal 12-31-16: Last Post of 2016

As 2016 draws to a close, I look back on a tumultuous and difficult year for myself and many others. Sales were down for me, convention appearances were down for me, and I saw a drastic shift in how I and other people were getting treated - oft times for the worse - on a daily basis both online and in the 'real world'. We certainly don't need to discuss the political scene in the world today, either.

The only good thing about this year I can honestly think of was that the Chicago Cubs won the World Series.

I don't have any insights as to what 2017 will hold. But hopefully there will be some light found in the darkness that has been this past 12 months.

Have a safe final day of 2016 (what remains of it), and try to be good to one another both now and looking forward to the future.
